Mitch Trubisky's first full week as an NFL backup quarterback was a period of discovery. By the time he met with reporters Friday afternoon for his weekly chat, he had gone through two weeks of regular-season practice preparation. And he had served in a supporting role on the sideline in the Bears' season-opening loss to the Falcons.
