Scout Updated 2019 Top 100 College Basketball Recruits

James Wiseman, who recently transferred from Nashville (Tenn.) Ensworth to Memphis (Tenn.) East, has moved to the No. 1 spot in Scout’s 2019 top 100. An impressive talent, Wiseman continues to progress and is certainly worth betting on as a long term prospect. Checking in at No. 2 is Florida native Vernon Carey. Carey had a sensational summer, playing for Nike Team Florida. (Scout.com)
