Once a Duke commit, UNC’s Chazz Surratt looks to keep strong freshman season going against Devils

North Carolina (1-2) hosts undefeated rival Duke (3-0) on Saturday. At the center of that matchup will be UNC’s redshirt freshman quarterback Chazz Surratt. Way before he became North Carolina’s starting quarterback, Surratt was set to attend Duke. After committing to the Blue Devils in April 2015, Surratt pivoted, and switched his commitment to UNC in June 2015.
