If a basketball recruit switched his commitment from Duke to UNC, or vice versa, the internet would break. The fierce rivalry between the two teams, is fueled by die-hard fans and a mutual hatred. Rarely do you see a high school recruit commit to one school and then flip to the other. But that is just what quarterback Chazz Surratt did back in the summer of 2015.
