Anthony Ratliff-Williams Flashes Play-Making Ability for UNC

Without Ryan Switzer, Mack Hollins, and Bug Howard, the question entering North Carolina's 2017 football season was who would step in and be UNC's primary offensive playmaker. Anthony Ratliff-Williams has assumed that role. "When my number was called I had to step up and do what I had to do and that's what I did," Ratliff-Williams told reporters after the game."
