Which Sacramento Kings rookie makes sense as a starter? Justin Jackson. But that’s not a certainty. Jackson doesn’t need the ball to be effective, and he is the most prepared to step in and do that as a rookie. Jackson impressed coaches with his ability to pick up the offense and defense during summer league and looked like a player who would blend in with a group of veterans. (Sacramento Bee)
