Heather O'Reilly Named Soccer Buzz Preseason Player Of The Year


Senior forward of the University of North Carolina women's soccer team, a starting striker on the U.S. Women's National Team, was named Sunday as the 2006 Preseason National Player of the Year by Soccer Buzz magazine. 'Reilly has been a much-decorated player for the Tar Heels in her career, including being named a first-team All-America three times and a National Player of the Year finalist on two occasions.
