Receiving targets evolve for Tar Heels

North Carolina quarterback Chazz Surratt has barely had time to forge a connection with his receivers before they’re gone. The Tar Heels are going through receivers at an unfortunate rate as they’ve been going down and out — for the season. The Tar Heels have lost three receivers for the season, including two more last week in the Duke game. (Burlington Times News)
