UNC Basketball: First Day of Practice

The Tar Heels begin practice for the 2017-18 college basketball season on Monday, Oct. 2. UNC lost three starters from the 2017 National Championship team along with two valuable role players. UNC adds five scholarship freshmen, one graduate transfer in Cameron Johnson, and a walk-on transfer in K.J. Smith. Sophomore wing Shea Rush also earned a scholarship.
