UNC football coach Larry Fedora spoke to the media Monday following the Tar Heels' 33-7 loss to Georgia Tech on Saturday. Much of Monday's discussion centered on the development of freshman quarterback Chazz Surratt. Fedora also touched on the positives from the defense, UNC's running backs, leadership on offense, Notre Dame, and Mitch Trubisky.
