'It' factor obvious as Mitch Trubisky officially takes over

Chicago Bears coach John Fox privately broke the news to Mitch Trubisky on the phone and Mike Glennon in person, publicly calling the quarterback decision one that needed to be made. Everybody else interpreted the move as Fox grasping what has been obvious since the Bears' first exhibition game when Trubisky first flashed the "it" factor so obvious on the field and off.
