Prange's big break set to begin


Former University of North Carolina golfer gets her big break today. Prange won a place in this weekend's LPGA Tour's Safeway Classic in Portland, Ore., thanks to her victory in May in The Golf Channel's "The Big break V: Hawaii." The former Tar Heel also won expenses to compete on the Futures Tour, where she has won twice. The top five money winners on the Futures Tour get to play on the LPGA Tour next season. Prange is currently fourth on the money list. (Raleigh News & Observer)
