Ashley Hoffman Earns Another ACC Field Hockey Honor

UNC's Ashley Hoffman has earned ACC Field Hockey Defensive Player of the Week, announced Monday by the ACC. Hoffman and the Tar Heel defense shut out No. 3 Virginia, the nation's top scoring offense, in a 4-0 win on the road Friday. The honor is the second of the season for Hoffman, who also was named ACC Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 18. (GoHeels.com)
