Mitch Trubisky making play when Bears needed it makes everything else moot
Posted Oct 15, 2017
On third-and-11 from the Ravens’ 41 in overtime Sunday, Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky escaped the rush, stepped up in the pocket and made a play. Trubisky kept his eyes downfield and found wide receiver Kendall Wright for a 18-yard completion to the 23-yard line. Three plays later, kicker Connor Barth connected on a 40-yard field goal to give the Bears a 27-24 victory.
