Tar Heels Edge Memphis In Basketball Scrimmage, 70-64

Joel Berry II scored a game-high 14 points and had four assists and four steals in 21 minutes to lead UNC to a 70-64 win over Memphis in a scrimmage Friday. Berry made 4 of 6 three-pointers for Carolina, which shot 7 of 20 from behind the arc. Luke Maye was the other Tar Heel to score in double figures with 11. Freshman Garrison Brooks grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds.
