Tar Heels' Chacos back for a sixth season
Posted Aug 12, 2006
Carl Torbush has been gone from the Kenan Stadium football offices for six years. Yet a Torbush recruit named Brian Chacos remains at North Carolina, almost like a relic from a forgotten era. Chacos, granted a sixth year of eligibility by the NCAA, likely will start at left tackle for John Bunting's Tar Heels when they open the 2006 season Sept. 2 against Rutgers. That's six days after Chacos' 24th birthday.
