Coach Kienus Boulware of Winston-Salem State calls it a secret weapon on the recruiting trail. The NFL influence that Boulware has on his staff has been a luxury the Rams have used to their advantage. Four members of Boulware’s staff — Natrone Means, Robert Massey, Thabiti Davis and Carlos Fields — have all been to the highest level in football.
