The original thought was that sophomore Seventh Woods and freshman Jalek Felton would compete for minutes at point guard in Joel Berry's absence. While that remains the case, Roy Williams said Wednesday that Theo Pinson has also received some time at point guard. "He's our best playmaker," Williams said. The dropoff from Berry to Woods or Felton is significant.
