Defending National Champions. That is the title given to the 2017-18 North Carolina Tar Heels. But this year's version is a very different team. The leading scorer is gone. The leading rebounder is gone. The top three interior scorers are gone. Can North Carolina go back-to-back? That question was posed to UNC coach Roy Williams Wednesday at ACC Media Day.
