UNC Comes Up Short Against No. 8 Miami
Posted Oct 28, 2017
With 2:20 to play, North Carolina was 37 yards away from taking the lead over No. 8 Miami and potentially claiming its first win over a top-10 opponent since 2004. Running back Jordon Brown fumbled on the next play, the Hurricanes recovered and then ran out the clock for a 24-19 victory. The Tar Heels were competitive despite 22 players being sidelined due to injury.
