Work-Life Balance a Constant Struggle for Football Coaches


Flip through North Carolina’s media guide and you will find bios of and his nine assistant coaches, all with pictures of spouses and children in tow. Fedora and his wife, Christi, have a son and three daughters. The concept of a work-life balance is something the sixth-year UNC head coach has admittedly struggled with throughout his coaching career. (Inside Carolina)
