Former UNC Basketball Player Ed Stahl Dies in Auto Accident


Former UNC basketball player has died after a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 23 in Orange Township Sunday morning. Edward R. Stahl, Jr., 64, of Columbus, was driving his 2006 BMW 530i just before 9:30 a.m. when he attempted to enter U.S. 23 and was struck on the driver’s side. Stahl was transported to Ohio Health-Lewis Center and pronounced dead at the hospital. (Columbus Dispatch)
