Roy Williams Live: Slow Progress in Preseason

On Sunday night, five days before UNC’s opening game against Northern Iowa, Roy Williams took time to review his practice plans from the previous two years. As he reviewed the old notes, a realization about this year’s Tar Heel squad became apparent. “We’re so far behind from where we were the last two years that it’s scary.” Williams said on his radio show Monday.
