Davis named Virginia's Mr. Basketball

When Terry Davis was a senior at Halifax County High School in 1985, the best player in the state -- Kevin Madden -- signed with North Carolina. Davis' son, Ed, was a senior this year, and the best player in the state went to North Carolina again, only this time it was a Davis. (Roanoke Times)
