Projected to be North Carolina’s big-play receiver in 2006, sophomore Brandon Tate has never caught a pass in a college football game. However, he has demonstrated his quick strike ability through a freshman season of dazzling kick returns, which earned him All-ACC honorable mention honors. (Inside Carolina)
