UNC receiver commit Jordyn Adams scored twice, but Green Hope lost to Garner, 56-39, in the third round of the NCHSAA 4AA playoffs. LB recruit Dax Hollifield had 16 tackles and set a state record with his 62nd career game played, leading Shelby past Mount Pleasant, 7-0, in the third round of the NCHSAA 2AA playoffs.
