Wake Forest extends Danny Manning’s deal

Despite a 2-4 start to the season, Wake Forest men’s basketball coach Danny Manning has signed a contract extension, the school announced Saturday night. Manning is in his fourth season at Wake Forest, where his record is 45-56. An athletics department spokesman said information regarding the length of the contract wasn’t available for release at this time.
