Dykes Makes 'Perfect Decision'
Posted Jul 29, 2006
After a week hiatus, North Carolina goes back to adding names to their 2007 verbal commitment list. Mike Dykes became the latest when he pledged to the Tar Heels on Friday morning. Dykes selected the Tar Heels over offers from Akron, Duke, Kentucky, Miami (Ohio), Temple, and Toledo. Once on campus, North Carolina is looking to plug Dykes in the interior of the offensive line with a good possibility of being redshirted his freshman season to gain weight.
