Luke Maye among breakout players who’ve made ‘the leap’ this season

Luke Maye has been awesome in every game this season besides Michigan State. North Carolina desperately needed a secondary star to step up next to Joel Berry with the departures of Justin Jackson, Kennedy Meeks, Isaiah Hicks and Tony Bradley. The truth is, Maye has been better than Berry in early portion of this season. That’s a good thing for the Tar Heels.
