The Tar Heels, who take on Davidson tonight in Charlotte, racked up a season-high 24 assists in the Michigan game. Senior guard Theo Pinson had six assists, marking the 25th game in his career when he has led the Tar Heels in that category. UNC forward Luke Maye will return to his hometown of Charlotte as the team’s scoring leader with 20.1 points per game.
