Photos and Info on Dean Smith's Grave Site and Marker

Legendary North Carolina head basketball coach Dean Smith passed away on Feb. 7, 2015. A private funeral was held on February 12 at Binkley Baptist Church in Chapel Hill, with a burial following at Old Chapel Hill Cemetery on the UNC campus. This year a grave marker was put at Smith's site in the cemetery. The grave marker was made by a family friend of the Smiths.
