Dascenzo: Don't be surprised if Heels top Irish
Posted Jul 25, 2006
If timing is everything, mark down this date -- Nov. 4. That's when North Carolina's football team visits Touchdown Jesus, or in other words, Notre Dame Stadium to meet the Fighting Irish. Never mind that UNC is 1-15 vs. the Irish and has been held scoreless the last three times it has played at Notre Dame. The storylines about this game already are plentiful, and word has it that the Rams Club is salivating about this trek and the possibilities of what it could bring. That is, naturally, in terms of a potential U-P-S-E-T.
