ACC Football Notes: Carolina QBs in dead heat

Nothing sparks fascination with preseason football practice quite like a competition for the starting quarterback's job. This process inherently becomes known as a Quarterback Controversy even if all parties are benign and cooperative. Labels of "controversy" are the law.
