Hot-handed Heels: UNC hits 16 three-pointers in 104-61 win

Kenny Williams wasn’t surprised by what he saw on Wednesday in UNC’s 104-61 win over Western Carolina. The 11th-ranked Tar Heels knocked down a season-high 16 three-pointers against the Catamounts to finish one shy of the school record. UNC had six players finish in double figures, with six players knocking down two or more 3-pointers on the night.
