Vols plan to checker board Thompson-Boling Arena against UNC
Posted Dec 9, 2017
Next week's sold-out basketball game between No. 24 Tennessee and No. 11 North Carolina will include a checker board crowd. The game is the second between the two schools in a two-year, home-and-home contract. The Vols fell 73-71 at the Dean Smith Center in Chapel Hill last December after UNC rallied to win late after trailing by as many as 15 points in the first half.
