Posted Jul 8, 2008
Mia Hamm is coming back to Oneonta, the National Soccer Hall of Fame announced Monday. Hamm will present her former college coach, Anson Dorrance, a 2008 Hall of Fame inductee who will be honored at noon Aug. 3 inside the Oneonta shrine. Hamm and former U.S. National teammate Julie Foudy headlined the 2007 Induction Ceremony, which forced the Hall to hold the event outdoors for the first time to accommodate a record crowd.
