Charlotte 49ers fire men’s basketball coach Mark Price
Posted Dec 14, 2017
In what can only be described as a stunning move, the Charlotte 49ers fired men’s basketball coach Mark Price on Thursday. Price had a 30-42 record in two-plus seasons at Charlotte, including 3-6 this season. Assistant coach Houston Fancher will take over as interim coach. “I”m stunned to be honest,” Price said. 49ers officials didn’t give a reason for Price’s dismissal.
