UNC football recruiting: An early signing period primer

This is definitely a rosy outlook, but Carolina has added commitments from quarterback Cade Fortin, linebacker Kyle Wright, defensive tackle Jahlil Taylor, and athlete Javonte Williams in the past nine days. Each shores up a position of need in the current class. New names keep appearing on the recruiting board, due to the fallout from a crazy firing and hiring season.
