Joel Berry’s driving floater with 10.3 seconds to play lifted No. 13 North Carolina past Wake Forest, 73-69, in both teams’ ACC opener on Saturday. The Demon Deacons erased a 10-point second-half deficit with a late 16-3 run to take a 69-65 lead with 2:23 to play. The Tar Heels closed the game on an 8-0 run, highlighted by Berry’s shot to give his team the lead.
