Milstead Commits to UNC

According to source close to the situation, North Carolina’s big football weekend has resulted in a third verbal commitment – Lamar Milstead. Milstead verbally pledged to head coach John Bunting. Milstead, a 6-foot-5, 270-pound offensive tackle from Washington (D.C.) Coolidge had hinted that he might verbally commit before making the trip and tabbed the Tar Heels his leader since visiting them in the spring. Auburn, Boston College, Georgia, Maryland, Mississippi, NC State, Temple, and Virginia have also extended offers to Milstead.
