A man implicated in a $5 million check-counterfeiting ring that moved money through Norfolk may have links to track star Marion Jones. Ephraim Richardson is among 12 people who have been indicted in the case, including Steve Riddick, Jones' track coach, and Tim Montgomery, a former standout at Norfolk State University.
