Quick Hitters – UNC at Florida State
Posted Jan 4, 2018
Turning point: Just after Carolina fought back to get a 65-63 lead, Theo Pinson was questionably called for his fourth foul with 9:28 remaining. Consequently, Roy Williams kept him on the bench until 3:34 remaining. After Pinson’s exit, FSU went on a 13-4 run that all but sealed the victory for the Seminoles. UNC fought valiantly down the stretch, but it was too little, too late.
