"I think it was a message of competing," forward Cameron Johnson said. "We need to compete and we need to just play harder than the other team...We have to control what we can control." Effort and competing is a common theme raised by coach Roy Williams in all of North Carolina's losses, especially following the defeats to Michigan State and Wofford.
