The Tar Heels out-rebounded the Eagles, 58-23. Cameron Johnson had his second career double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds and added five assists. Luke May's career highs in points (32) and rebounds (18) was the 23rd 30-point game by a Tar Heel in the 33-year history of the Smith Center. Joel Berry II passed Dennis Wuycik for 33rd in UNC scoring (1477 points).
