Long shots: Tar Heels show range

North Carolina took an inordinate number of 3-point shots in its last game. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, coach Roy Williams said Friday. “If they go in, I’m a lot more comfortable,” Williams said. Williams said he was bothered by some quick launches early in the victory against Clemson. At other times, those seemed to be the best options in the offense.
