Summer of Love

With national championship banners and jerseys reading Jordan and Worthy streaming high in the rafters, Kevin Love stepped onto a "Carolina blue" carpet and jogged through a tunnel to the basketball court at the Dean E. Smith Center. The 22,000 baby-blue seats in the cavernous gym, hallowed home of the University of North Carolina basketball program, were empty except for some of Love's family and friends. The court, however, was brimming with action as past and present North Carolina players participated in an offseason scrimmage. (Oregon Live)
