After the Wolfpack landed transfer Blake Harris
from Missouri, you have to figure there is still legitimate mutual interest between Anfernee Simons and NC State. I don’t know that it would be fair to label any program as “in the driver’s seat” for Romeo Langford's services but I would probably lean towards the Vanderbilt Commodores as the current favorite.
