Sunday's News & Notes:

One bright note from Saturday: 8-year-old Lane Christensen made the trip with his parents all the way from Omaha, Nebraska to see his favorite player, . Berry took a moment before the game to shake the young fan's hand, and Tar Heel Illustrated captured the moment.

THI's photographer also posted some great pictures to his Twitter account of recruits and alumni in attendance along with shots of legendary players from the 1967, 68, and 69 UNC teams who were celebrating their 50-year reunion.

On the basketball recruiting front, did not make his scheduled trip to Cleveland to see 2019 PF on Sunday. I imagine he's more focused on his current team at the moment.
