UNC's smaller lineup is still superior to its traditional ACC lineup. Theo Pinson-Luke Maye frontcourts have played about 34% of UNC's ACC minutes, during which the Heels have outscored opponents by nearly 13 points per 100 possessions. While the smaller starting 5 is slightly below average on defense, it compensates by being an elite offensive unit.
