Local Lore: Hinton James

Hall is one of the three original student buildings at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The building, traditionally home to Carolina freshmen, houses almost a thousand students per semester. HoJo is more than just an old building with a bustling interior, however. Hall is named for the first student to attend UNC, arriving in 1795. (Chapelboro.com)
